Wonderfall Cottage
This is a pet friendly home for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500.00 fine.
Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.
Newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen featuring custom cabinets, quartz countertops and new appliances. Fresh paint in updated colors inside and out, updated bathrooms and air conditioning in the main house and guest cottage. You'll love the guest cottage with it's own bathroom and wet bar. Perfect for families or couples traveling together.
Nestled within a lush rhododendron forest with towering hemlocks, Wonderfall Cottage balances remote serenity with close proximity to town. Observe Satulah Mountain from the front porch, listen to a 100 foot waterfall steps away from the screened porch, or visit quaint shops and restaurants on Highlands’ Main Street, just a 5 minute drive away.
Wonderfall provides a remote getaway experience without sacrificing modern amenities and conveniences.
Cell reception and internet service may be limited in this location however there are boosters in place.

In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Perfect place - beautiful views. Needed a place close to downtown for our family. We were in town for a family wedding. Wonderfall Cottage was perfect. Morning coffee at the waterfall watching the sun come up over the mountain was so beautiful. Communication with property manager and maintenance guy was easy and timely. The lavender pillow spray was a nice added touch. The town of Highland and Wonderfall Cottage are definitely a hidden gems. Thank you letting us stay.

This home is the perfect place to get away. The house/property was amazing. All of our expectations were met,,, and more!! Its very easy to access, close to downtown and easy to find. I would be very proud to own this little gem in the mountains. I WILL stay at this mountain retreat again!

Beautiful property, amazing views! We had a wonderful girls trip, all thanks to this lovely property. It was exactly as described, beautiful views and the waterfall just steps away was very soothing and could even be heard inside. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We didnt want to leave!
