This beautiful custom-built home is just 3.8 miles to Main Street in the Hidden Springs neighborhood of Highlands, NC. Nestled in the trees on over an acre of land, you'll love the privacy while enjoying the convenience to town. This home is perfect for a fun getaway to the mountains with plenty of space and activities for family and friends. You'll enjoy the hot tub on cool evenings after a challenging hike or a day of shopping.
The spacious great room/dining room features vaulted pine ceilings with exposed beams, an open staircase to the upper level, plus a massive stone wood burning fireplace and custom wood mantle. Stunning Brazilian Cherry flooring flows into the open kitchen with breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops accent the kitchen. There is plenty of cabinet space, custom wormy maple to be exact, for storage plus an eat-in dining nook. A truly great space for entertaining!
Access the large screened porch from the great room, where you will find the perfect place to relax, enjoy the quiet surroundings and the beautiful mountain views. Gather around the inviting fire pit in the yard below to warm up on a cool evening or make s’mores with the little ones. Firewood may be purchased upon request.
The lower level boasts a game/tv room with ping-pong table, oversized sectional couch and large flat screen tv. There is a king suite with private bath as well as a bunk room with 2 bunk bed sets. The lower level also has a second full bath and access to the lower level deck for easy access to the family fire pit.
There is a king bedroom on the main floor with an ensuite. Downstairs is another king bedroom with ensuite and a bunk room with ensuite. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms across from and next to a bathroom and then a twin bedroom with ensuite.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Perfect Mountain Getaway. Enjoyed a 5 day family vacation in this lovely property! Convenient to shopping, hiking, waterfalls, local theater, restaurants! It was clean and cozy! True Southern Hospitality. The management company was very quick in response and helped with resources that we wanted. They allowed me in early to prepare before the guests arrived. When the guests left, some items were left behind so they contacted us to see how we would like to handle said items. Very friendly and eager to accommodate.

Great weekend! Would go again! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BlackBerry lane! Beautiful home with a fantastic view, amazing screened porch, large open common area with large dining room table, and downstairs game room for kids to play in! We loved that it was convenient to the towns of Highlands and Cashiers and really enjoyed the coffee shops and boutiques in both towns! The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived and the staff was easy to communicate with us and gave clear check-in and check-out instructions. Thanks for a great trip and Happy New Year!

Great house and location. We had a fabulous stay in highlands exploring local water falls, swimming holes, visiting the town, renting a boat on lake glenville and even going tubing on deep creek in Bryson city. The location was great, a few minutes to highlands and 15 min to Cashiers. We traveled with 3 families and we all fit comfortably in BlackBerry. Definitely recommend.

We were having trouble finding a house that matched our needs. Alicen recommended the Blackberry, which wasnt showing up in our results as we were searching Sat to Sat or Sun to Sun. She asked if we could make it work for Fri to Fri- and voila! Great house for our 3 generation gathering!

We had a great 3 generation family vacation. We found something for everyone- from zip lining at Highland Aerial Park to shopping in Highlands to visiting Cashiers to hiking Yellow Mountain and the Bartram trail. The BlackBerry fit our needs for a family of 11. Everyone had room to gather- and room to separate. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the screened porch and being able to all sit together for meals at the massive dining table.

Perfect Highlands Getaway. My husband and I stayed here with our family including 3 adult daughters and one son-in-law as well as two babies under 2. The house was absolutely perfect! The bottom floor was perfect for our daughter with her husband and babies. The master suite was great for my husband and me and the top floor housed the rest. We had plenty of room to gather and really enjoyed the wooded property. One of the best houses that weve stayed in.
