Behind the gates of Highlands Falls Country Club, this beautifully appointed 4BR/4.5BA home has everything you need for a mountain getaway!  From a fully equipped kitchen to the upstairs and downstairs porch, this home is perfect for large families or 2 families traveling together.  It has living rooms both upstairs and downstairs.  There is also a kitchenette downstairs for those needing a separate cooking and prep area.  The covered porch upstairs is the perfect area for viewing amazing sunsets that only Western North Carolina can provide.

While it sits on a very secluded lot with forest preserve behind, it is only 2 miles to downtown Highlands via car, or a 25 minute hike into town via trail.  

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund.  If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.
