  • Guest review management. We reach out to every guest to request a review, respond to every review and add VRBO reviews to the Rent In Highlands website.
  • Welcome gifts for each rental to show our appreciation to our guests. In addition, we partner with SoJo, an Amenity Automation Platform for Vacation Rentals. Every home is stocked with branded amenity starter boxes for the kitchen and bathrooms which include one toilet paper per bath, one roll of paper towels, garbage bags, laundry and dish soap, sponge, and personal toiletries, soap, shampoo, lotion etc.
  • Dynamic Pricing Modules with 8 pricing seasons provides yield management for maximum income potential.
  • Exceptional occupancy levels with high rate of satisfied, repeat guests.
  • Loyalty program for repeat guests. After the 5th booking with us, a guest will receive a 10% discount on future bookings, excluding major Holidays and up to a 14 day stay max. In an increasingly competitive vacation rental market, it has become imperative for us to differentiate ourselves by nurturing strong relationships with our guests. By fostering repeat guests, we seek to cultivate a sense of belonging and appreciation.  Investing in the satisfaction and retention of our repeat guests directly correlates with improved operational efficiency and owner satisfaction. Engaging our guests in a meaningful manner not only cultivates positive word-of-mouth marketing but also reduces the likelihood of complaints and requests for concessions.
  • Final rental balance due 30 days in advance to help reduce cancellation losses, with a 45-day cancellation window.
  • Partnership with Home Guardian Plus and Rental Guardian – InsureStays Trip Insurance. Home Guardian Plus offers a comprehensive suite of features designed to provide enhanced coverage and peace of mind for both owners and guests alike. Rental Guardian Plus Home Protection Plan perfectly aligns with our goal of providing the best protection for our homes.  With HPP the property is being insured and the guest is not involved in the claim process at all.
  • Through Rental Guardian/Insure Stays, our guests are able to protect their trip from unforeseen circumstances.  They may choose between traditional Trip Insurance at 7% of the reservation cost or Cancel For Any Reason Insurance. For a cost of 3.8% more they can add CFAR, which as it says, allows a guest to cancel for any non-traditional covered reasons, and they will receive a 60% refund of their trip costs.
