This home has a strict NO PET policy. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500.00 fine.
Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.
Enjoy this lovely updated cottage located in Shelby Place, a quiet subdivision just minutes from Main Street Highlands.
This recently revovated ranch style home is both cozy and comfortable. A covered carport and level entry offers access into the vaulted great room with hardwood floors, gas log fireplace and open kitchen with breakfast bar. Two King bedrooms and two baths are well equipped with a walk in shower in one and a shower and separate soaking tub in the other.
Enjoy the sounds of the small creek on the open deck off of the dining room or sit on the covered front porch with a book and relax in the fresh Highlands mountain air. You'll love the outdoor fire pit for relaxing evenings with your favorite beverage.
Just a five minute drive to Main Street, Highlands Highlands Haven is conveniently located to downtown with it's scores of fine dining restaurants, the Highlands Playhouse and the Old Edwards Inn and Spa as well as all the wonderful boutiques perfect for a day of shopping.

In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

The house had a very nice layout and was on a nice quiet street. The location was great! Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the covered back deck/porch. The bathrooms were nicely designed/furnished. Decor was nice and not overdone. Keyless entry was convenient and worked well.
