Walk to Kelsey Hutchinson Park for the farmer's market, arts and crafts shows and concerts.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Town Place was lovely. The porches provided wonderful views and cozy fireplaces. The unit itself was very clean. All the beds and sheets were very clean and comfortable. All the furnishings were tasteful. The place was well stocked and well located. It is perfect for a bigger group. We would definitely stay here again.
