This home has a strict NO PET policy. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500.00 fine.
Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.
Contemporary cabin, tastefully renovated with updated custom finishes located on Historic Satulah Mountain a block off of S.4th Street in downtown Highlands NC.
The unique shape and ranch style floor plan is both cozy and comfortable. Perfect for one or two couples, each of the two bedrooms have their own bathroom with walk in showers.
Enjoy the easy convenient walk to Main Street Highlands with scores of fine dining restaurants like Madison's Wine Garden, Cyprus and Wild Thyme. Or enjoy a show at The Highlands Playhouse or Performing Art Center and don't forget about the Old Edwards Inn and Spa for a relaxing massage, as well as all the wonderful boutique shopping stores. Just a two block walk to the Ugly Dog and Pub and The Old Edwards Inn and Spa.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Thanksgiving get away! This charming cottage is right in the heart of an upscale neighborhood one block from shops and restaurants. Its very quiet and a great starting point to see all of the beautiful scenery and waterfalls in Highlands. Grocery store is close by and the property managers were awesome! I would definitely stay here again. So cute!

This was the perfect spot for me and my wife. It's close to town so you can walk everywhere. Very clean. Very nicely decorated. It was just outstanding and I'd highly recommend it, especially if you like to leave the car in the driveway!

Great location! This place was so darling!! We came in town for a long weekend with another couple and it was perfect. We walked everywhere. Truly perfect for 2 couples. Everything was very clean and decorated nicely to feel cozy without a bunch of clutter everywhere. The rooms were identical and we loved that they both had king beds and an ensuite bathroom. No trying to figure out which couple gets the better room. We enjoyed all of the wonderful restaurants all weekend so we didnt do any cooking at the house. One thing that would be really great to add would be a coat rack maybe on the wall behind the front door! The next door neighbors were also really friendly and nice. They were waking their dogs and gave us some great restaurant recommendations! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We LOVED this house! It was adorable inside, had everything we needed, and its proximity to downtown could not get better. Far away enough that it felt private but close enough that it only took two minutes to walk to the nearest restaurant. 5 Stars! Really enjoyed the cozy cottage in Highlands. In town for a wedding and stayed here with another couple. Easy to get in based on email instructions and electronic lock. Very nicely restored place with 2 king beds with nice showers in en suite bathrooms. New small but very nice and functional kitchen. Large fireplace and comfy furniture in main room. Met our needs well. Short 5 minute walk into town. Would definitely recommend the property.
