Located just two blocks from downtown Highlands and on one of the most popular walking paths in town around Harris Lake, you’re perfectly situated for feeding the ducks or a stroll to town.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Sweetwood Cottage is a Special Place! We can't wait to visit again. Sweetwood Cottage was the perfect location for our girls trip. It was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. While we didn't realize we had planned our trip in the "off season" there was still plenty of shopping and fine dining available. Looking forward to our next visit and stay at Sweetwood. Wonderful weekend with friends
Had a cozy and relaxing girls weekend in this beautiful mountain cabin. The cabin was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We had one small snafu while there and after calling the number provided it was fixed immediately. Thank you Joe! Run don't walk to rent this fantastic home away from home.
