This is a pet friendly home for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet  fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500.00 fine.

Fully renovated main house (and updated guest house) in 2019, “The Treehouse” is a spectacular peaceful escape for a couple or the whole family. Open the original, beautiful screened in crank windows to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Do yoga above the trees and watch the storms roll in!  This home is the perfect retreat to disconnect, while still having the convenience of being close to town.

Side deck that serves as an outdoor cooking area and an expansive back deck that runs the length of the house that is perfect for relaxation, both covered (which can be screened in or opened) and uncovered. Fully furnished with comfortable couches, rocking chairs and furniture, two iron and glass tables and seating for 8.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.
