Lakefront living at its finest! Sparkling Waters Lakefront Retreat offers a lakeside getaway featuring a spectacular view, private dock, and outdoor fireplace. Bring your own boat, or rent one nearby. Fish off the dock and catch a bass for supper! This home is great for active families who enjoy being outdoors. When inclement weather drives you inside, you'll enjoy the game room with pool table, ping pong, and Foosball.
Rustic, yet modern with soaring open beam ceilings and a stone fireplace that invites you in from the lake to get cozy by a fire. Conveniently located on the main floor is the master bedroom with en suite and a second bedroom and bathroom. The deck that runs along the entire length invites you outside to enjoy the view, relax in front of the outdoor fireplace or soak in the hot tub.
Upstairs is a third bedroom with its own ensuite and small seating area that overlooks the living room. Head downstairs to the game room with a fourth bedroom and another deck. Watch a movie, play games or relax in the hammock with a good book.
Close to Cashiers and not too far from Highlands, you'll have plenty to do to keep the kids entertained. This home was made for making memories so hitch up the boat, pack your hiking boots and come on over for what's sure to be your favorite lake house vacation.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Memories of a lifetime! We had the most wonderful time during our stay! Never left except to go on one hike. Needed much more time!!! 2 nights were not enough! Three generations family. We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Sparkling Waters! We had plenty of room for all of us and the kids enjoyed playing in the water and all the games provided by the host. Just a great and relaxing Labor Day weekend!

Initially Susan in the rental office was very kind and helpful when first booking the home. Also with follow up assistance. Lori was very attentive to seeing that some repairs were handled efficiently along with the handyman Joe - a really nice and knowledgeable guy.

We all really fell in love with this home. Very comfortable for two of us and later in our stay, our adult children joined us and everyone felt right at home. Spacious - inside and out, comfortable rooms, adequate seating, nice bedding. Loved the decks as well as the floating dock. Enjoyed the boat traffic, fishing and swimming off the dock. Wed love to stay here again!

Fabulous Stay Living the Lake Life! Cannot say enough good things....the home is even prettier in person than the photos! Designed so tastefully and yet comfortable and thoughtful in use and set up. The mattresses were excellent foam and so comfy. The layout of the home so good for a large group with its split bedrooms. The downstairs play area was a huge hit - we had a Boomers vs the Zoomers pool, ping pong, foosball and dart competition. We rented a boat from Signal Marina - so convenient. And fished off the dock in the afternoons. Luxurious yet comfortable - every detail for an enjoyable time was in this beautiful home. 10 minutes drive to downtown heart of Cashiers and 25 minutes to Highlands. Five Star!

Wonderful Spring Stay on Lake Glenville. We rented the property at the beginning of spring to enjoy some cold weather hiking. It is perfectly situated on the shore of Lake Glenville with a fantastic view and a very secluded feel to it. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on the warmer days and can only imagine how festive this whole area is in the summer. We hope to be back to find out!
