This is a pet friendly home for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500.00 fine.
Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.
Located just a few blocks off Main Street at the bottom of Ravenel Ridge on Wilson Road, it's an easy walk to dinner at the Lakeside Restaurant on Harris Lake or a stroll to the lake to feed the ducks and geese. Walk to Main Street to dine at one of the many restaurants, or enjoy a wonderful spa treatment at the award winning Old Edwards Inn and Spa.
This home is designed for convenience, entertaining and relaxing on the covered deck. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and there are two queen bedrooms downstairs. Please note that the bunk beds in the virtual tour have been replaced with a queen bed.
Great outdoor areas include the covered main level deck with wood burning fireplace, TV and a large table for dining al fresco. A lower level Pub deck includes a ping pong table, dart board and hammock chair.
You will absolutely love the proximity and convenience of this great vacation home to Main Street and all that downtown has to offer.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

5 Stars! Great location! Lovely comfortable home! We wanted a weekend getaway from Atlanta and this was perfect! The house has a great large porch for outdoor living, an open indoor living area, and comfortable beds. The home was clean and inviting. We loved the location too - walkable to town with a cute park with a lake on the way. It was a perfect home base for our hikes and meals in town. Will definitely rent this house again!

This was our first experience renting in Highlands and we did not know what to expect. Our rental was better than described and a total value. One of our best vacation experiences ever. We enjoyed the covered porch every day. It was delightful to be outside, up in the trees, and also so close to town.
