Satulah Chalet
This is a pet friendly home for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500.00 fine.
Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.
The Satulah Chateau is nestled among the lush greenery of the Satulah Ridge neighborhood, just a short walk to town. This home is bright and open and features a great room with vaulted ceiling, stone wood burning fireplace, wood floors and a wall of windows. A large covered side porch with skylights perched in the treetops gives you a secluded feel and allows you to enjoy the outdoors even in inclement weather.
This three bedroom home features a bath on the main floor, a private master suite upstairs with a King bed, a second bedroom with a Queen and a third bedroom with extended length twin beds to comfortably accommodate adults.
Enjoy the convenience of being close to Main Street Highlands and take a stroll down to the Mountain Fresh Market for coffee in the morning or a nice dinner in the evenings. You are sure to enjoy the location and it's convenience to all of the great things Highlands has to offer!

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

It was Christmas time! We arrived in the late evening for a five day stay to celebrate Christmas in Highlands this year. The front door and fireplace were decorated with ornaments and Christmas lights. This house was warm, cozy and inviting for our holiday stay experience. Delightful!

Great place to stay close to Highlands. This house was perfect for our family of four. It's close enough to town to be able to walk in (with a stroller), and also just far enough away to provide the mountain charm we were looking for. The property manager was also extremely responsive for any questions we had. We would certainly book again.
