Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500.00 fine.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Every conversation I had with their team was handle professionally. We called the week before our arrival to add a pet fee for a family dog and it was handled with no problem since the home was pet friendly.

Highlands Trip. Highlands is our favorite place, and this was by far one of the greatest houses we have rented. The house was beautiful but comfortable, well stocked, and the two wood burning fireplaces were amazing!
