This is a pet friendly home for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet  fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500.00 fine.

Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

Newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen featuring custom cabinets, quartz countertops and new appliances. Fresh paint in updated colors inside and out, updated bathrooms and air conditioning in the main house and guest cottage. You'll love the guest cottage with it's own bathroom and wet bar.  Perfect for families or couples traveling together.

Nestled within a lush rhododendron forest with towering hemlocks, Wonderfall Cottage balances remote serenity with close proximity to town. Observe Satulah Mountain from the front porch, listen to a 100 foot waterfall steps away from the screened porch, or visit quaint shops and restaurants on Highlands’ Main Street, just a 5 minute drive away.

Wonderfall provides a remote getaway experience without sacrificing modern amenities and conveniences.

Cell reception and internet service may be limited in this location however there are boosters in place.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund.  If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.
